Main Purpose of the Role:
To Implementing sales and customer service plans to deliver area targets and provide market intelligence data and reports.
Among others, key accountabilities will include:


  • Planning and delivering monthly, weekly and daily sales targets
  • Coordinating collection of sales proceeds within the approved terms of trade
  • Managing route plans and customer calls by ensuring market coverage within plan
  • Identifying opportunities and negotiating for incremental business
  • Coordinating implementation of merchandising and promotional activities
  • Collecting and collating market intelligence/research on competitor activities and other market trends for competitive advantage
  • Delivering customer service through relationship management and ensuring that customer claims are settled in the shortest time possible
  • Determining and coordinating of territory reporting and communication requirements Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in a Business related field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years comparable experience in the FMCG industry, experience in sales of tyre will be an added advantage

  • Clean Driving License 2. Career Opportunity: Payroll Accountant
    Main Purpose of the Role: Ensuring efficient administration of payroll in line with company policies and procedures and statutory requirements
    Among others, key accountabilities will include:
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing and payment of salaries and wages
  • Prepare and submitting timely statutory deductions and preparing payroll reports
  • Maintaining and updating payroll data
  • Reviewing all monthly variables payroll inputs including overtime schedules and time attendance systems
  • Implementing pension scheme instructions contributions & ensuring appropriate remittance
  • Preparing and maintaining payroll journal entries and liaise with finance for reconciliation on the same during posting
  • Preparing direct payroll costs for budgetary purposes

    Job Overview:
    SAP Business Analyst (FICO) will work with various business units to develop solutions, support production environment and review new applications to support finance function.
    Among others, key accountabilities will include:
  • Providing business analysis and process redesign expertise in SAP-FICO
  • Ensuring SAP configuration, implementation and support in an SAP All in one environment
  • Configuring SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design
  • Preparing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows
  • Supporting peripheral systems and interfaces related to Finance business

  • Identifying and developing trade opportunities to deliver increased volumes and market share.
  • Preparing and managing a demand driven sales forecast and other resource requirement for the area including budgets.
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting of sales performances and taking appropriate action.
  • Lead, Monitor and research area market trends analysis for appropriate decision making and interventions.
  • Managing financial and other resources including company assets within company policy and guidelines.

    Responsible for ensuring timely delivery and collection of correspondences within Nairobi and its vicinity inclusive to and from the Yana Tyre Centres within Nairobi and payment of utilities.
    Among others, key accountabilities will include:
  • Distribution of newspapers to respective departments and individuals
  • Collection of correspondences from various places as may be assigned.
  • Collecting letters from the post office and making deliveries to assigned destinations
  • Delivery and collection of cheques
  • Timely payment of utility bills: to Telkom, KPLC, Safaricom, Zain, Nairobi water, KRA, etc
  • Assisting in distributing letters from and to various departments within the organization
  • Assisting in stationery issuing
  • Assisting in preparing waybills and keeping records of the same Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • O level Certificate
  • Valid driving license with at least 2 years of driving
  • Ability to ride a motorbike with a minimum of 3 years experience
  • At least 2years experience in a comparable
