Personal Assistant
Key tasks will
include:
·
Answering/screening
telephone calls
·
Meeting and receiving
guests
·
Supporting on
documents, reports and presentations
·
Organizing and
scheduling appointments, maintaining a diary for the MD
·
Dealing with incoming
email/faxes and all correspondence into the company
·
Managing office
systems, such as setting up and maintaining company filing, preparing meeting
rooms etc.
·
Organizing conferences
and meetings
·
Booking flights,
arranging for hotels, accommodation, visa applications and car rentals and
leasing agreements
Job profile:
·
Min 5 years’
experience as PA at a senior level from an international company
·
High personal
integrity
·
Team player with
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·
Proactive and positive
attitude
·
Highly organized,
flexible and service-minded
·
Ability to work under
pressure and meet tight schedules/deadlines
·
High proficiency with
commonly used computer software and applications
Language: English, command of other languages an
asset
